Hangi durum ve ya\u015fam alan\u0131 olursa olsun, yeterli denklik esast\u0131r. Matemati\u011fin <strong>\u201c\u0130ki kere iki d\u00f6rt eder.\u201d<\/strong> ger\u00e7e\u011fi gibi\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denk olmayan b\u00fct\u00fcn e\u015fle\u015fmeler sapmaya, b\u00fct\u00fcn sapmalar da hikmetin bozulmas\u0131na ve nihayetinde zulme yol a\u00e7ar. <strong>\u201c\u0130ki \u00e7arp\u0131 iki ka\u00e7 eder?\u201d<\/strong> sorusuna <strong>\u201cd\u00f6rt eder\u201d<\/strong> d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda verilen b\u00fct\u00fcn cevaplar nas\u0131l sapmaya yol a\u00e7arsa, hikmetin alternatifi olarak \u00fcretilen her durum da zulme yol a\u00e7ar. Telefonun \u015fifresine denk \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda telefonun a\u00e7\u0131lmamas\u0131 gibi, adaletin hikmetle ba\u011f\u0131 kopar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da do\u011fru ileti\u015fim ve istikrar hi\u00e7bir alanda sa\u011flanamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalet, bireysel ve toplumsal alan\u0131n her an\u0131n\u0131 ku\u015fatan bir kavramd\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan i\u015fe kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen, yap\u0131lacak i\u015fi do\u011fru destekleyen, olmas\u0131 gerekeni ertelemeyen her karar adildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsan\u0131n yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131na konan denge, ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 hayata g\u00f6re haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEy insan! Seni yaratan, \u015fekillendirip \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc yapan, diledi\u011fi bir bi\u00e7imde seni olu\u015fturan c\u00f6mert Rabb\u2019ine kar\u015f\u0131 seni ne aldatt\u0131?\u201d<\/strong> (\u0130nfitar, 82\/7-8)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sorunun sebeplerinden ilki, insan\u0131n adil davranmay\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Adalet kavram\u0131n\u0131n sadece resm\u00ee kurumlar\u0131n kararlar\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Adil olmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc insan\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 her karar\u0131n, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her i\u015fin, s\u00f6yledi\u011fi her s\u00f6z\u00fcn, hatta bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n adaletle yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkisi vard\u0131r. Mahkemenin karar\u0131 da di\u011fer b\u00fct\u00fcn kararlar da f\u0131trata uygun olmak zorundad\u0131r. Her karar, ilah\u00ee karar ile uyum i\u00e7inde olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalet herkesi ve her alan\u0131 ilgilendirir. \u0130nsan; kendisine de ili\u015fki kurdu\u011fu muhataplar\u0131na da aile i\u00e7i ili\u015fkilerde gerek ebeveyn olarak gerek \u00e7ocuklar aras\u0131nda, akrabalar aras\u0131nda olsun, yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015fla gelen denkli\u011fi korumak zorundad\u0131r. Tam burada \u015funu hat\u0131rlatmak isterim: <strong>\u201cBenimle mi d\u00fczelecek?\u201d<\/strong> s\u00f6z\u00fc yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Herkes kendi adil olu\u015funun hesab\u0131n\u0131 verecektir. Bir ki\u015finin adil olmas\u0131 topluma yetmese de adil olan\u0131n kurtulu\u015funa yeter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalet, hak edi\u015fleri do\u011fru tan\u0131mlamakt\u0131r. Burada adalet ile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan e\u015fitlik alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da ifade etmek istiyorum. \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f, vahiy d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kabullerin dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 adalete ayk\u0131r\u0131 e\u015fitlik \u00e7abalar\u0131, sosyal ve \u00e7evresel dokuyu bozan \u00e7ok tehlikeli bir oyundur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir g\u0131daya ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in iki ki\u015fiden birinin boyu uzun, di\u011ferinin k\u0131sad\u0131r. K\u0131sa olana e\u015fit y\u00fckseklikte iki basamak verildi\u011finde, bu y\u00fckseklik onun g\u0131daya yeti\u015fmesine yetmiyorken di\u011ferine iki basamak fazla gelmektedir. Ya\u015famsal g\u0131daya ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in k\u0131sa boyluya \u00fc\u00e7 basamak, di\u011ferine ise bir basamak yetmektedir. Sonu\u00e7ta ikisi de g\u0131daya ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Adil olan bu de\u011fil midir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6nderilen b\u00fct\u00fcn el\u00e7iler gibi Hz. Peygamber (sav) de adaleti in\u015fa etme, insanlara adil olma ve adil ya\u015fama yolunu bildirmi\u015ftir. A\u011f\u0131zdan \u00e7\u0131kan s\u00f6zde, bir durum i\u00e7in al\u0131nan kararda, aleyhine olsa bile m\u00fcminin, <strong>hakk\u0131 hakl\u0131 olana<\/strong> teslim etme sorumlulu\u011fu vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rahman \u015f\u00f6yle buyurur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cKonu\u015ftu\u011funuzda, akraba bile olsa s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fczde adil olun. Allah\u2019\u0131n ahdini yerine getirin. Allah size bunlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fct alman\u0131z i\u00e7in buyurmaktad\u0131r.\u201d<\/strong> (En\u2019am, 6\/152)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rahmet sahibi olan Allah, kullar\u0131n\u0131n adil olmas\u0131n\u0131 dilemi\u015ftir. Rabb\u2019e hakk\u0131yla teslim olmak adil olmakla ba\u015flar. Allah\u2019\u0131n hakk\u0131na nank\u00f6rl\u00fck etmek en b\u00fcy\u00fck sapmad\u0131r. Vahiy, rahmetin tecellisi olarak insanlara adil ya\u015famay\u0131, haklara sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmay\u0131, haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nlemeyi ve yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131n\u0131 korumay\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fctler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalet, mizan ve g\u00fc\u00e7\u2026 Allah\u2019\u0131n indirdi\u011fi \u00f6zel nimetlerdir. Kurulan insani d\u00fczenin terazisi bozuksa haklar gasp edilmi\u015fse g\u00fc\u00e7 k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckler ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak zulm\u00fcn sermayesi h\u00e2line gelir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi\u00e7bir d\u00fczen rastgele kurulmaz. Adil bir d\u00fczen i\u00e7in, tevhit anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n vahiy zemininden do\u011fru beslenmesi, adaletin g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc hakkaniyetten almas\u0131 ve toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n esas\u0131n\u0131 da sorumluluk bilincinin olu\u015fturmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsan f\u0131trat\u0131, adil ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131na g\u00f6re ayarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hem bedensel hem de ruhsal olarak uygun ortam\u0131 bulamayan insan, sorunlar \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flar. \u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda maddi g\u00fcc\u00fc kutsayan d\u00fcnyaperestler, yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc ifsada s\u00fcr\u00fcklemeye devam etmektedir. Adalet ger\u00e7e\u011finin i\u00e7ini bo\u015falt\u0131p s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fczenlerini d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde dayatmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalet, hikmetli karar verebilmenin sonucu olarak tezah\u00fcr eder. Hikmet, bir \u015feyi yerli yerine koymakt\u0131r. Yerinden edilen her \u015fey zulme u\u011fram\u0131\u015f demektir. Adaletin z\u0131dd\u0131 olan haks\u0131zl\u0131k\/ cevr- eziyet, cefa, zul\u00fcm, haks\u0131zl\u0131k ve sitem- hakk\u0131 yerinden etmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adil olmak, ya\u015fam kalitesinin y\u00fckselmesinin en temel ilkesidir. Adaleti sa\u011flayan bireyler ve toplumlar, en az\u0131ndan d\u00fcnyal\u0131k refah\u0131 yakalayabilirler. Haks\u0131zl\u0131k, canl\u0131-cans\u0131z hi\u00e7bir f\u0131trata uygun de\u011fildir. Her haks\u0131zl\u0131k denge bozucudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengesi bozulmu\u015f her durum, d\u00fczelinceye kadar sorun olmaya devam eder. Ki\u015finin kendi hakk\u0131ndaki tasarruflar\u0131ndan di\u011fer tasarruflar\u0131na kadar dengeli olma \u00e7abas\u0131 temel bir ihtiya\u00e7t\u0131r. Adalet; hilkatin, f\u0131trat\u0131n ve m\u00fclk\u00fcn en temel esas\u0131d\u0131r. Adaleti sekteye u\u011fram\u0131\u015f toplumlar\u0131n, anl\u0131k tedbirlerle selamete \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Aileden topluma uzanan b\u00fct\u00fcn kararlar, hikmetli h\u00fck\u00fcmler marifetiyle al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda huzur, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve istikrar meyvelerini verecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalet, keyf\u00ee bir durum olmaktan \u00f6te, Allah\u2019\u0131n kullar\u0131ndan istedi\u011fi en \u00f6nemli farzlardand\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEy iman edenler! Kendinizin veya anne baban\u0131z\u0131n ve akraban\u0131z\u0131n aleyhine bile olsa adaleti ayakta tutun, Allah i\u00e7in \u015fahitlik eden kimseler olun. \u0130nsanlar zengin olsunlar, yoksul olsunlar, Allah onlara sizden daha yak\u0131nd\u0131r. \u00d6yleyse siz hislerinize uyup adaletten ayr\u0131lmay\u0131n. E\u011fer adaletten sapar veya \u00fczerinize d\u00fc\u015feni yapmaktan geri durursan\u0131z bilin ki Allah yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z her \u015feyden haberdard\u0131r.\u201d<\/strong> (Nisa, 4\/135)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peygamberimizden bir \u00f6rnek davran\u0131\u015f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mekke\u2019nin Fethi s\u0131ras\u0131nda, Eb\u00fb Cehil ve Velid b. Mu\u011f\u00eere\u2019nin kabilesi olan Ben\u00ee Mahz\u00fbm\u2019dan bir kad\u0131n h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k yapm\u0131\u015f ve bu kad\u0131na had cezas\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015fti. Bu soylu kabile, kad\u0131n\u0131n cezadan muaf tutulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7mi\u015fti. Birka\u00e7 te\u015febb\u00fcsten sonra kabile, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (sav) yan\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a hat\u0131r\u0131 olan \u00dcs\u00e2me b. Zeyd\u2019i arac\u0131 olarak g\u00f6ndermi\u015fti. \u00dcs\u00e2me b. Zeyd (ra), gelip olay\u0131 Hz. Peygamber\u2019e (sav) anlat\u0131nca Peygamber Efendimiz hi\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar sinirlenmi\u015f ve defaatle \u015fu s\u00f6z\u00fc tekrar etmi\u015fti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEy \u00dcs\u00e2me! Sen Allah\u2019\u0131n koydu\u011fu cezalardan birinin tatbik edilmemesi i\u00e7in arac\u0131l\u0131k m\u0131 yap\u0131yorsun?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi\u00e7 beklemedi\u011fi bir tepkiyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan Hz. \u00dcs\u00e2me, neye u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u015fa\u015f\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hata yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Daha sonra Hz. Peygamber (sav), meselenin \u00f6neminden dolay\u0131 insanlar\u0131 toplam\u0131\u015f ve onlara bir hutbe irat etmi\u015fti. O hutbenin bir yerinde \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEy insanlar! Sizden \u00f6nceki milletlerin helak sebeplerinden biri \u015fuydu: \u0130\u00e7lerinden zay\u0131f ve kimsesiz olanlar baz\u0131 su\u00e7lar i\u015flediklerinde onlara cezalar uygulan\u0131rd\u0131. Ama i\u00e7lerinde say\u0131l\u0131, soylu, mevki ve makam sahibi olanlar su\u00e7 i\u015fledikleri zaman onlara ceza uygulanmazd\u0131. Ben Allah\u2019a yemin ederim ki h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k yapan k\u0131z\u0131m Fat\u0131ma dahi olsa ona had cezas\u0131 uygulamaktan bir an geri kalmayaca\u011f\u0131m!\u201d<\/strong> (Tirmiz\u00ee, Hudut, 6)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adil yarat\u0131lan d\u00fcnyada adil ya\u015faman\u0131n yolu, rahmetiyle vahyi indiren Allah\u2019\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretileridir. A\u011fa\u00e7taki meyveyi yiyecek olana g\u00f6re ayarlayan Rahman, al\u0131nacak her karar i\u00e7in ve karar alacaklar i\u00e7in vahyini de ona g\u00f6re ikram etmi\u015ftir.
