Her insan bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde \u015fair olarak kabul edilebilir. Eskiden oldu\u011fu gibi bug\u00fcn de \u015fehir ve \u015fehir medeniyetini protesto, din, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanattan geliyor. \u0130lk Hristiyanlara Roma \u015feytan\u0131n devleti olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyordu ve arkas\u0131ndan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n sonunun ve korkun\u00e7 mahkemenin gelece\u011fine inan\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Dindarl\u0131k \u015fehrin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesiyle azal\u0131r; daha do\u011frusu, bu azalma insana yad\u0131rgat\u0131c\u0131 bir tarzda tesir eden \u015fehircilik unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n birikmesiyle beraber meydana gelir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fehir ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fcrse, \u00fczerindeki g\u00f6k de o ka-dar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr. Tabiat, \u00e7i\u00e7ek ve ayd\u0131nl\u0131k o kadar az; duman, beton, teknik ise o kadar \u00e7ok olur. Biz de o kadar az \u015fahsiyet, o kadar da \u00e7ok kitle oluruz. \u015eehir ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fcrse cinayetler de o nispette artar. Dindarl\u0131k \u015fehrin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ters, cinayetler ise do\u011fru bir nispette bulunur. Bu iki fenomenin sebebi ayn\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d diyerek b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerin \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7eker. <\/p>\n<p>Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz \u0130zzetbegovi\u00e7\u2019in 1980\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n Bat\u0131 \u015fehirlerine ve zihniyetine ili\u015fkin \u0130zzetbego-vi\u00e7\u2019in bu \u00f6nemli tespitleri Bat\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fanamayacak hale gelen bat\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerinde in-san-\u015fehir ili\u015fkilerinin sava\u015fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kaotik tabloyu ortaya koyuyor. \u0130zzetbegovi\u00e7\u2019in bat\u0131l\u0131 bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve dert ta\u015f\u0131yan bir m\u00fccadele adam\u0131 olarak derinle\u015ftirerek res-metti\u011fi bu \u015fehir tablosunu, Bat\u0131n\u0131n Baudlaire, Balzac, Zweig, Hugo, Dostoyevski, Tolstoy, gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck edebiyat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 da eserlerine yans\u0131tm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p>Mesel\u00e2 Balzac 19. yy. Paris\u2019i i\u00e7in \u201cBu kentte ger\u00e7ek duygular istisnad\u0131r; \u00e7\u0131kar oyunlar\u0131yla t\u00fcke-tilmi\u015f bu mekanik d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7arklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ezilmi\u015flerdir. Burada erdem yerilir, masumiyet sat\u0131l\u0131r. Tutkular yerlerini y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 zevklere, g\u00fcnahlara b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r; her \u015fey y\u00fcceltilir, analiz edilir, al\u0131n\u0131p sat\u0131l\u0131r. Bu pazarda her \u015feyin bir fiyat\u0131 vard\u0131r ve hesaplar y\u00fczler k\u0131zarmadan apa\u00e7\u0131k g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131k yaln\u0131zca iki kesimden olu\u015fur; aldatanlar ve aldat\u0131lanlar\u2026\u201d  g\u00f6zlemini yapar. <\/p>\n<p>\u00dcstad Necip Faz\u0131l da 20 ya\u015f\u0131nda (1924) felsefe tahsili i\u00e7in gitti\u011fi Paris\u2019i \u201cK\u00e2bus \u015eehri\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131r ve  \u201c\u0130htil\u00e2\u00e7 (k\u0131vranma), r\u00e2\u015fe (titreme), takall\u00fcs (b\u00fcz\u00fclme), hafakan \u00fcfleyici ve se-man\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131 maskeleyen \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131 ve canavar dizisi halinde binalariyle, bir \u015feyi, b\u00fc-y\u00fck bir \u015feyi pe\u00e7eleyici k\u00e2bus \u015fehri\u2026\u201d tespitinde bulunur. <\/p>\n<p>Gerek \u0130zzetbegovi\u00e7\u2019in, gerek Bat\u0131l\u0131 sanat-edebiyat adamlar\u0131n\u0131n, gerekse de \u00dcstad\u2019\u0131n bu g\u00f6z-lemlerini asl\u0131nda \u201cbat\u0131yoruz!\u201d fery\u00e2d\u0131ndan ibaret ikazlar olarak anlamak gerekiyor. Tarihte var olan ve var olacak b\u00fct\u00fcn \u015fehirlerin, ait olduklar\u0131 d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn genetik y\u00f6nlendirme-siyle medeniyet tasavvurlar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fekillendirdi\u011fi ya\u015fama mek\u00e2nlar\u0131 olarak in\u015fa edildi\u011fi\/edilece\u011fi <\/p>\n<p>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde; Bat\u0131n\u0131n insan-\u015fehir ili\u015fkisinde urla\u015fan mek\u00e2n\u0131n tutsa\u011f\u0131 haline gelmi\u015f olan insan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehrin cehenneminde kendine yer edinmesi hi\u00e7 de \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 olmasa gerek. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130zzetbegovi\u00e7\u2019in \u201c\u015fehir ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fcrse, \u00fczerindeki g\u00f6k de o kadar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr\u201d c\u00fcmlesi bug\u00fcn bizdeki b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaosa\/k\u00e2busa i\u015faret ediyor. \u00dclkemizde erken Cumhuriyet d\u00f6neminden bu tarafa gerek bilin\u00e7li gerekse de bilin\u00e7siz olarak m\u00fcthi\u015f bir katli\u00e2ma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen \u015fehir imar ve in\u015fa(!)lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde geldi\u011fi safha; kaoslar\u0131yla, urla\u015fm\u0131\u015f organlar\u0131yla k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl-t\u00fclmesi, terbiye edilmesi gerekirken, tam aksine daha da korkun\u00e7 hale getirilen b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir uygulamalar\u0131 d\u00fcnyada cehenneme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen Bat\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerinin hastal\u0131kl\u0131 ve k\u00f6t\u00fc taklit-leri \u015feklinde devam ediyor. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan-\u015fehir ili\u015fkilerinde hi\u00e7bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc tan\u0131mayan, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde siyas\u00ee m\u00fcl\u00e2hazalarla b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehire d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclen bir\u00e7ok \u015fehrimizde art\u0131k g\u00f6\u011f\u00fc delen k\u0131yamet al\u00e2metleri, AVM, rezidans, i\u015f ku-lesi ve TOK\u0130 kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm tabutluklar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zla y\u00fckselmeye ve yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaya ba\u015flamas\u0131, can \u00e7eki\u015fen m\u00fctevazi \u015fehirlerimizin kas\u0131rga \u015feklinde istil\u00e2 edilerek cehenneme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl-mesi, katledilmesi de\u011fil midir? <\/p>\n<p>Kad\u00eem \u015fehirlerimiz \u00fczerinde, tedavisi gayr-i kabil bir cinnetle yeni Roma veya yeni Babil kule-leri dikmek i\u00e7in yar\u0131\u015fanlara\/sava\u015fanlara hi\u00e7 kimse \u201cdur\u201d diyemiyor, itiraz edemiyor. Edebilen-ler yok ediliyor! \u015eehirlerimiz b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fcyor, t\u00fcm\u00f6rle\u015fiyor, urla\u015f\u0131yor! AVM\u2019ler, Rezidanslar, \u0130\u015f kuleleri, g\u00f6kdelenler \u015fehrin t\u00fcm\u00f6r y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar\u0131! Art\u0131k t\u00fcm\u00f6r y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131na \u201c\u015fehir\u201d diyo-ruz!  <\/p>\n<p>Bir taraftan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerin kaosundan \u015fikayet ederken, di\u011fer taraftan keyfi ve sun\u2019i kriter-lerle kendi halinde m\u00fctevazili\u011fiyle maruf \u015fehirlerimizi b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehire d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme cinnetinin sebebi nedir?  <\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir; insan\u0131n yok oldu\u011fu, rant\u0131n, \u015fehvetin, cinnetin, deh\u015fetin, vah\u015fetin var oldu\u011fu bir b\u00fcy\u00fck cehennem! <\/p>\n<p>Neredeyse b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir cinnetiyle b\u00fct\u00fcn \u015fehirleri k\u00e2busa-cehenneme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeye azmet-mi\u015f bir zihniyetin \u201cb\u00fcy\u00fcme kompleksi\u201d patolojik bir halin ifadesi. \u00dcstad Necip Faz\u0131l\u2019\u0131n Paris benzetmesiyle \u015fehirlerimizi \u201c\u2026 \u00e7\u00f6zmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a dola\u015fan ve b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmlenen mesele-leriyle Paris\u2026 Susad\u0131k\u00e7a gaz i\u00e7menin ve gaz i\u00e7tik\u00e7e susaman\u0131n ve p\u0131r\u0131lt\u0131l\u0131 kadehler i\u00e7inde ebed\u00ee bir su hasreti \u00e7ekmenin hali\u2026 Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc madde \u00e2layi\u015fi ve nefs\u00e2n\u00ee saadet c\u00fcmb\u00fc\u015f\u00fc i\u00e7inde, hissi iptal edilmi\u015f ruhun ilk bak\u0131\u015fta a\u011fr\u0131 ve s\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6stermeyen k\u0131vran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na yatakl\u0131k, h\u00fcsran belde-si\u2026\u201d haline getirmekten sonsuz bir haz duyan zihniyete ne s\u00f6ylemeli? <\/p>\n<p>Tanzimat\u2019la kap\u0131y\u0131 ard\u0131na kadar Bat\u0131n\u0131n ak\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kirlere a\u00e7\u0131p, bunu Me\u015frutiyet ve Cumhuriyetle devam ettiren zihniyetin tefess\u00fch ettirdi\u011fi \u015fehirlerimizi g\u00fcya \u0131slah ve imar ad\u0131na daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ve i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lamaz kaoslara sokan \u201cyerli g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcml\u00fc\u201dlerin \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131 ve hi\u00e7bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc tan\u0131ma-yan \u015fehir katliamlar\u0131n\u0131n bir izah\u0131 olabilir mi?  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMuhte\u015fem bir maziden murdar bir hale\u201d d\u00fc\u015fmek bu olsa gerek! <\/p>\n<p>\u201cBizim \u015fehirlerimiz , \u201cbize ait \u015fehirler\u201d yok art\u0131k!
