Yahudilik ve Hristiyanl\u0131kta da faiz yasa\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur. Biraz a\u00e7al\u0131m&#8230; Orta \u00c7a\u011f felsefesi karanl\u0131k bir d\u00f6nemi yans\u0131t\u0131r. Nihayet 16. yy. Hristiyan reformcusu olan Jean Calvin, Orta \u00c7a\u011f\u2019daki faiz konusuna sadece t\u00fcketim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bakmam\u0131\u015f, \u00fcretimi de g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak faizle para almaya onay vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tevrat\u2019a g\u00f6re ise faiz yasak olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, Yahudiler bu faiz yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sadece kendi dinda\u015flar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011funu, di\u011fer din mensuplar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 faiz kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bor\u00e7 vermeyi kabul etmi\u015flerdir. Buna g\u00f6re Yahudi bir vatanda\u015f kendi dinine mensup birisine bor\u00e7 para verememekte, buna kar\u015f\u0131 kendi dinine mensup olmayan birine faiz kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bor\u00e7 para verebilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u0130slam inanc\u0131na sahip toplumlar faize kar\u015f\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m tarzlar\u0131n\u0131, Allah\u2019\u0131n (cc) vahiy yoluyla bildirdi\u011fi kutsal kitap Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de yer alan ayetlerine ve Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (sav) hadislerine ve pratik uygulamalar\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlemektedirler. Fakat g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kapitalist iktisat d\u00fczeni h\u00e2kim oldu\u011fundan, faizli uygulamalar\u0131n \u0130slam \u00fclkelerinde de uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u0130slam dini geldikten sonra, Cahiliye d\u00f6neminden kalma baz\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fc davran\u0131\u015flar s\u00f6z konu idi. S\u00f6z gelimi alkol bunlardan biridir. Alkol toplumda yer edindi\u011finden, \u0130slam dini alkol yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hemen koymam\u0131\u015f, tedricen kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Faiz uygulamas\u0131na bu \u015fekilde bakmak gerekmektedir. Zira Cahiliye d\u00f6neminde ticaret tamamen faizli i\u015flemler \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplumda yer edinmi\u015f faizin alacakl\u0131 i\u00e7in iyi, bor\u00e7lu i\u00e7in k\u00f6t\u00fc bir uygulama oldu\u011fu zaman i\u00e7erisinde anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve faiz de tedricen kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 Kerim\u2019de faiz, kesin ve sert bir dille yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kur\u2019an\u2019da sadece anaparan\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi belirtilerek, bu durum ayetlerle de sabitlenmi\u015ftir: \u201cEy iman edenler! Allah\u2019tan korkun. E\u011fer ger\u00e7ekten inan\u0131yorsan\u0131z mevcut faiz alacaklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 terk edin.\u201d ve \u201c\u015eayet (faiz hakk\u0131nda s\u00f6ylenenleri) yapmazsan\u0131z, Allah ve Ras\u00fcl\u2019\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan (faizcilere kar\u015f\u0131) a\u00e7\u0131lan sava\u015ftan haberiniz olsun. E\u011fer tevbe edip vazge\u00e7erseniz, sermayeniz sizindir; ne haks\u0131zl\u0131k etmi\u015f ne de haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011fram\u0131\u015f olursunuz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u0130slam dinine g\u00f6re Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim, faizin yasaklanmas\u0131 ile ilgili ilk kaynakt\u0131r. Faizin yasaklanmas\u0131 ile ilgili bilgiler sadece Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim kaynakl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Hz. Peygamber (sav)\u2019in hadisleri de bu konuda yol g\u00f6sterici niteliktedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hz. Peygamber (sav), Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ribay\u0131 Veda Hutbesi\u2019ndeki s\u00f6zleri hari\u00e7, hayat\u0131 boyunca g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc veya duydu\u011fu olaylar\u0131 \u00f6rnek g\u00f6stererek a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, hangi ticari i\u015flemlerin riba oldu\u011funa, hangi ticari i\u015flemlerin riba olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret ederek, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ribadan uzak durabilmeleri i\u00e7in ticari i\u015flemlerini nas\u0131l yapmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Faizle ilgili Hz. Peygamber (sav)\u2019den gelen hadisler ile ilgili bilgi sonraki ba\u015fl\u0131kta verilecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bakara Suresinin yukar\u0131da verilen 278-279. ayetleri bir noktaya i\u015faret etmektedir. 278. ayette faiz alacaklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 terk ediniz ibaresi ticari ili\u015fkideki taraflardan alacakl\u0131 taraf\u0131na at\u0131f yapmaktad\u0131r.
