G\u00fc\u00e7 ve zenginlik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc \u00e7evre b\u00f6lgelere sahip olma veya etki alt\u0131na almakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fc. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla co\u011frafi \u015fartlar gere\u011fi yay\u0131lma alan\u0131 bulamayanlar, egemenlik alan\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmeyenler g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve zengin olmayacakt\u0131. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n jandarmal\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve Karunlu\u011funa soyunan \u00fclkeler, kendilerine uygun siyasal g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler geli\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Bu itibarla d\u00fcnyan\u0131n stratejik a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k merkezlerini belirlemeye y\u00f6nelik jeopolitik teoriler ortaya att\u0131lar. Bu teoriler \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;text-align: justify\"><b>Kara H\u00e2kimiyet Teorisi:<\/b>\u00a0Bu teoriyi ortaya atan Halford J. Mackinder (Helf\u0131rd Cey Mek\u0131nd\u0131r) \u015f\u00f6yle der: \u201cKaralara h\u00e2kim olan d\u00fcnyaya h\u00e2kim olur.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;text-align: justify\"><b>Deniz H\u00e2kimiyet Teorisi:\u00a0<\/b>Bu teoriyi geli\u015ftiren Alfred Thayer Mahan ( Alf\u0131r\u0131d Dey\u0131r Meh\u0131n)\u2019a g\u00f6re: \u201cD\u00fcnya egemenli\u011finin anahtar\u0131 deniz yollar\u0131n\u0131n kontrol\u00fcndedir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;text-align: justify\"><b>Hava H\u00e2kimiyet Teorisi:\u00a0<\/b>Bu teorinin fikir abas\u0131 Hary A. Sachaklian (Hery Sa\u00e7aklian) der ki: \u201cHavaya h\u00fckmeden bir millet t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya h\u00e2kim olur.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;text-align: justify\">On dokuzuncu y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda ortaya at\u0131lan h\u00e2kim teoriler bunlard\u0131 ve bular\u0131n hi\u00e7 birinin merkezinde insan yoktur, insanl\u0131k yoktur. Oysa insan\u0131 ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 merkeze almayan hi\u00e7bir ideolojinin insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n huzuruna ve mutlulu\u011funa katk\u0131s\u0131 yoktur. Yukar\u0131da ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en teorilerin temelinde kan vard\u0131r, g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 vard\u0131r, katliam vard\u0131r, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;text-align: justify\">\u0130nsan ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n iyili\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, \u00e7aba sarf etmek bizim i\u00e7in bir iman esas\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0<b>\u201c\u0130\u00e7inizden herkesi hayra \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ran, iyili\u011fi emreden ve k\u00f6t\u00fc olandan meneden bir topluluk olsun; i\u015fte onlar kurtulu\u015fa erenlerdir.\u201d\u00a0<\/b>(3\/Al-i \u0130mran, 104) \u0130nsana ve insanl\u0131\u011fa dair en g\u00fczel \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n merkezinde olmas\u0131 gereken ilahi buyru\u011fun fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan aziz milletimizin ve devletimizin \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131, gayretlerini, m\u00fccadelesini bu minval \u00fczere anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bizden \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olanlar\u0131n yan\u0131m\u0131zda yaya kald\u0131klar\u0131 da ortadad\u0131r. Bu hakikatleri g\u00f6rmemek i\u00e7in k\u00f6r, duymamak i\u00e7in sa\u011f\u0131r, hissetmemek i\u00e7in kalpsiz olmak gerek. Toz zerrelerine tak\u0131l\u0131p arkadaki ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi g\u00f6rmemek insaf\u0131n de\u011fil; inad\u0131n sorunudur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;text-align: justify\">Orta Do\u011fu\u2019yu Osmanl\u0131dan koparmak i\u00e7in I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kartanlar\u0131n ve b\u00f6lgeyi bizden alanlar\u0131n bizimle ilgili hesaplar\u0131 bitti mi? Bizi Misak-\u0131 Milli\u2019nin bile d\u0131\u015f\u0131na at\u0131p 780000 km kareye s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131ranlar, yakam\u0131z\u0131 b\u0131rakt\u0131lar m\u0131? B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar kendi i\u00e7ene kapanan ve kapat\u0131lan bir T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kendi i\u00e7inde u\u011fra\u015fan, etrafta olup bitenden bihaber bir T\u00fcrkiye elbette i\u015flerine gelecektir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara, \u00f6zenle kurgulanan oyunlara ra\u011fmen etraf\u0131 iyi okuyabilen, tav\u0131r koyabilen, sesini y\u00fckseltebilen bir T\u00fcrkiye ge\u00e7mi\u015fte oldu\u011fu gibi yine tarihin \u00f6znesi olma yolunda emin ad\u0131mlarla ilerlemektedir. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n her hangi bir yerinde insana ve insanl\u0131\u011fa dair bir haks\u0131zl\u0131k yap\u0131lsa, ilk ses Anadolu\u2019dan gelmektedir. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n her hangi bir yerinde insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na bir felaket geldi\u011finde devlete ve millete ait b\u00fct\u00fcn yard\u0131m kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n harekete ge\u00e7ti\u011fi bir ba\u015fka millet veya devlet var m\u0131d\u0131r? Haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapan\u0131n ve haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frayan\u0131n diline bak\u0131lmaz, dinine bak\u0131lmaz, \u0131rk\u0131na bak\u0131lmaz, co\u011frafyas\u0131na bak\u0131lmaz;\u00a0\u00a0gereken tav\u0131r a\u00e7\u0131k y\u00fcreklilikle ortaya konulur. Diline, dinine, \u0131rk\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndan bu co\u011frafyaya dua ve muhabbet var ise bu insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 esas alan bir anlay\u0131\u015fa sahip olman\u0131n sonucudur. Eninde sonunda insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 esas alanlar kazanacak ve d\u00fcnyaya insanl\u0131k h\u00e2kim olacakt\u0131r. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n be\u015ften b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi bu adam gibi tavr\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;text-align: justify\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u00fcnya siyasetinde rol almas\u0131ndan rahats\u0131z olan Bat\u0131l\u0131lar\u0131 anlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fi unutmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin her ata\u011f\u0131 bilin\u00e7altlar\u0131na bir tetikleme olarak gitmekte ve tarihin ger\u00e7eklerini hat\u0131rlamaktad\u0131r. Hat\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131 ise ister istemez kendilerini \u00fcrk\u00fctmektedir. Bundan \u00fcrken sadece kendileri de\u011fil; bizim i\u00e7imizdeki art\u0131klar\u0131 da onlardan pek farkl\u0131 de\u011fil, onlar da \u00fcrk\u00fcyor. Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n Sel\u00e7uklunun bakiyesi oldu\u011funu kabul edenler ne yaz\u0131k ki T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n bakiyesi oldu\u011funu bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc hazmedemiyor ve kabullenemiyor. Acaba bizimkiler (!) kadar k\u00f6ks\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc maharetmi\u015f gibi sunan bir ba\u015fka topluluk var m\u0131d\u0131r?<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;text-align: justify\">\u0130nsanl\u0131k gibi y\u00fcce bir de\u011feri d\u00fcnyan\u0131n, d\u00fcnya siyasetinin g\u00fcndemine, bu y\u00fcce de\u011feri d\u00fcnyan\u0131n egemenlerinin g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7ine sokan Osmanl\u0131 bakiyesi T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti\u2019nin mensubu olmak bizim i\u00e7in elbette onurdur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;text-align: justify\">Arakan i\u00e7in, Uygur T\u00fcrkleri i\u00e7in, Irak ve Suriye i\u00e7in, Akdeniz\u2019de bo\u011fulan g\u00f6\u00e7menler i\u00e7in ve ad\u0131 akl\u0131m\u0131za gelmeyen co\u011frafyalar ve insanlar i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti\u2019nin hayk\u0131r\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ortadad\u0131r. Bu hayk\u0131r\u0131\u015flar\u0131n hedefinde petrol yoktur, do\u011fal gaz yoktur, maden yoktur. Ah almak yoktur, vebal almak yoktur. Kan yoktur, g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 yoktur. Dua vard\u0131r, muhabbet vard\u0131r, sevgi vard\u0131r.
