Yavuz Sultan Selim\u2019in M\u0131s\u0131r seferine Anadolu kazaskeri olarak kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve sefer esnas\u0131nda at\u0131n\u0131n aya\u011f\u0131ndan s\u0131\u00e7rayan \u00e7amurlar padi\u015fah\u0131n kaftan\u0131na s\u0131\u00e7ray\u0131nca, Yavuz Selim \u201cUlema aya\u011f\u0131ndan s\u0131\u00e7rayan \u00e7amurlar\u0131n med\u00e2r-\u0131 z\u00eenet ve mefharet olaca\u011f\u0131\u201dn\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek, \u00e7amurlu kaftan\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcnce tabutunun \u00fczerine \u00f6rt\u00fclmesini vasiyet etmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u015f\u0131k \u00c7elebi\u2019nin anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re de, M\u0131s\u0131r seferi s\u0131ras\u0131nda Ordu Karaman\u2019dan ge\u00e7erken Ya-vuz\u2019un kendisine o diyardaki \u015fiddetli f\u0131rt\u0131nalar\u0131n, g\u00f6k g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fclerinin sebebini sormas\u0131 \u00fczerine \u0130bn-i Kemal, \u201cKaraman topraklar\u0131n\u0131n merkezinin Mevl\u00e2na\u2019n\u0131n ir\u015fad mek\u00e2n\u0131 olan Konya oldu-\u011fu\u201dnu\u201cbundan dolay\u0131 o diyar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131, ta\u015f\u0131 ve topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sema halinde bulundu\u011funu\u201d s\u00f6yler. <\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kem\u00e2l devrinin bu k\u00e2mil \u015fahsiyetinin bir\u00e7ok Arap\u00e7a, Fars\u00e7a ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e eserleri vard\u0131r. Bunlar i\u00e7erisinde olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir Osmanl\u0131 Kroni\u011fi olan Tev\u00e2r\u00eeh-i \u00c2l-i Osman, Sul-tan II. Bayezid\u2019in iste\u011fiyle yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve padi\u015faha takdim edilmi\u015ftir. Daha sonra Yavuz ve Kanun\u00ee devirlerindeki vak\u2019alar\u0131 da ekledi\u011fi bu b\u00fcy\u00fck eserde \u201c\u2026\u015eehr-i Sivas y\u0131k\u0131ldu\u011f\u0131n\u0131 beyan eyler\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir olay var ki, \u0130bn-i Kemal bu hadiseyi y\u00fcrekleri yakan bir \u015fekilde kaleme al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Timur\u2019un Sivas\u2019\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irip yerle bir etmesi ve Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Bayezid\u2019in o\u011flu ve veliaht\u0131 olan \u015eehzade Ertu\u011frul\u2019un bu olaydan bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yler: <\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026\u015eehr kenar\u0131nda bir \u00e7oban s\u00fcr\u00fcsi yan\u0131nda d\u00fcd\u00fcgini\u00e7aladururm\u0131\u015f, y\u00e2r\u0131n ve diy\u00e2r\u0131nanup, n\u00e2r-\u0131 i\u015ftiy\u00e2k-\u0131 neyist\u00e2n-\u0131 fir\u00e2ka saladururmu\u015f. Sultan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Han berk-i te\u2019ess\u00fcf \u00fc telehh\u00fcfleyanayorurken, d\u00e2r\u00fc\u2019l-m\u00fclk-i Burusa\u2019dayapdurdu\u011f\u0131im\u00e2ret\u00fcn maslahat\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcrken ol n\u00e2y\u00e2v\u00e2z\u0131 kula\u011f\u0131na \u00e7alm\u0131\u015f, g\u00fb\u015f-\u0131 hu\u015finunderv\u00e2zesini alm\u0131\u015f, eyitmi\u015f: <\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c7al bire \u00e7oban  \u00e7al! Ne c\u00e2nun yand\u0131, ne ciger\u00fcn yak\u0131ld\u0131? Ertu\u011frul gibi o\u011flun m\u0131\u00f6ldi, Sivas gibi \u015fehr\u00fcn mi y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u0130bn-i Kem\u00e2l, ayn\u0131 bahiste Timur\u2019un Sivas&#8217;\u0131 talan\u0131na dair bir de beyit yazar:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOld\u0131Siv\u00e2sehlin\u00fcn h\u00e2li har\u00e2b<br \/>\nDidiler ol y\u0131l i\u00e7\u00fcns\u00e2l-i har\u00e2b\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc dille: \u015eehir kenar\u0131nda bir \u00e7oban, s\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131nda kaval \u00e7al\u0131yormu\u015f. Kaval\u0131na; sev-di\u011fini ve memleketini an\u0131p, hasretlik ate\u015fini \u00fcflermi\u015f.. Sultan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Han g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcndeki h\u00fcz\u00fcn, hasret ve kederle yan\u0131p, tutu\u015furken; Bursa\u2019da yapt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 imaretin i\u015flerini g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir s\u0131rada  kula\u011f\u0131na o kaval\u0131n sesi \u00e7al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f. Can kula\u011f\u0131yla dinledikten sonra \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015f: \u201c\u00c7al bre \u00c7oban, \u00e7al! Senin hangi can\u0131n yand\u0131, hangi ci\u011ferin yak\u0131ld\u0131? Ertu\u011frul gibi o\u011flun mu \u00f6ld\u00fc, Sivas gibi \u015fehrin mi y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131?\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Timur\u2019un Sivas\u2019\u0131 istil\u00e2s\u0131yla birlikte \u015fehirde m\u00fcthi\u015f bir ya\u011fma ve k\u0131y\u0131m yapmas\u0131 ve \u015fehri ate\u015fe vermesi, tarihe \u201csana \u00f6yle bir k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck edeyim ki Timur Sivas\u2019a etmemi\u015f ola!\u201d \u015feklinde deyim olarak ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015fehirden habersizli\u011fin verdi\u011fi \u015fehir dertsizli\u011fi o hale geldi ki; kimli\u011finin yok olmas\u0131, \u015fahsiyetinin kaybolmas\u0131 ve giderek ruhsuz bir nesne y\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hayret etmek bir yana, ald\u0131r\u0131\u015f bile etmiyor, yok olan \u015fehirle birlikte kendimizin de yok olu\u015funu seyretti\u011fimizi anlayam\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130bn-i Kemal\u2019in yukar\u0131da s\u00f6yledi\u011fi Mevl\u00e2na\u2019n\u0131n yurdundaki kas\u0131rgalar\u0131n, ondan 300 y\u0131l sonra bile o topraklardan y\u00fckselen sema hali oldu\u011funa dair s\u00f6zleri, Anadolu\u2019nun b\u00fct\u00fcn \u015fehirlerinin ayn\u0131 ihtizaz (titre\u015fim)lara sahip oldu\u011funu bize ihtar etmiyor mu? Yunus Emre\u2019nin \u201cHor bakma sen topra\u011fa. Toprakta neler yatur. Kani bunca Evliya. Y\u00fcz bin Peygamber yatur\u201d dedi\u011fi hik-met bu olsa gerek. <\/p>\n<p>Onun i\u00e7in \u201c\u015fehrin ne oldu\u011fu\u201d sorusu \u201c\u015fehrin, topra\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda kimleri bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d ve \u201ckimlerin ona sahip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201dyla cevap bulur. Bu da ifadesini \u201c\u015feref\u00fcl mek\u00e2n bil mek\u00een\u201d (bir mek\u00e2n\u0131n \u015ferefi, o mek\u00e2nda oturanlarla kaimdir) s\u00f6z\u00fcnde bulur. <\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Bayezid\u2019in \u015fehrin tarumar edilmesi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, o y\u00fcrekleri da\u011flayan \u201cErtu\u011frul gibi o\u011flun mu \u00f6ld\u00fc, Sivas gibi \u015fehrin mi y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131!\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fcndeki derin, yak\u0131c\u0131 fery\u00e2d bug\u00fcn bize tesir ediyor veya ders veriyor mu?  <\/p>\n<p>Fery\u00e2d\u0131n, elemin de derin bir dili var. Ne bu dile \u00e2\u015finay\u0131z, ne de bu fery\u00e2tlar\u0131 i\u015fitebiliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eehirlerimiz, y\u00e2ni medeniyetin tecellig\u00e2hlar\u0131 h\u0131zla yok ediliyor\u2026 Kirlenmeyi a\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir yok edili\u015ftir bu. Tanzimat\u2019la ba\u015flayan tarih ve medeniyetinden tiksinme ve ona kar\u015f\u0131 kas\u0131rga afeti misali g\u00f6sterilen d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k tavr\u0131, erken Cumhuriyet d\u00f6neminde tarih\u00ee mek\u00e2n y\u0131k\u0131mlar\u0131yla cinnete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, daha sonra da f\u0131rt\u0131nalarla devam etmi\u015ftir. En son ad\u0131na Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm denilen yeni kas\u0131rgayla \u015fiddetlenerek devam ediyor. Herhalde Buhara\u2019ya, Semerkand\u2019a, Ba\u011f-dat\u2019a, Sivas\u2019a ve daha bir\u00e7ok medeniyet \u015fehirlerine sald\u0131ran Mo\u011follar modern zamanlarda ya\u015fasalard\u0131 ancak b\u00f6yle bir y\u0131k\u0131m \u015fekli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilirlerdi. <\/p>\n<p>Art\u0131k, Kel\u00e2m-\u0131 Kad\u00eem ve Peygamber kel\u00e2m\u0131ndaki \u201cmedine, belde, karye\u201d olarak ifade edilen m\u00e2mur \u015fehir diye nitelendirilebilecek ya\u015fanmaya de\u011fer mek\u00e2nlar yok oldu. Bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her obje-nin kendisine varl\u0131k idrakini hissettirdi\u011fi, mek\u00e2nlar\u0131n ihti\u015fam\u0131ndaki uyar\u0131c\u0131 f\u00e2nili\u011fi hat\u0131rlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fehirlerimiz tedricen arz\u0131 terk ediyor, yok ediliyor.  Kimin y\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemi yok. Ha d\u00fcn\u00fcn Mo\u011follar\u0131 ha bug\u00fcn\u00fcn!<\/p>\n<p>Zihnimiz ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcz\/bak\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6ylesine ifsat edildi, g\u00f6rme hassam\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6yle kaybettik ki; biyolojik canl\u0131lara mahsus ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar \u015feklinde uzay\u0131p giden, \u00fcst \u00fcste y\u00fckselen t\u00fcm\u00f6rler toplulu\u011funa \u015fehir, ba\u011f\u0131rsak kurtlar\u0131 gibi s\u00fcr\u00fcngen ve metabolitik nefes al\u0131\u015f veri\u015fe de hayat diyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fta \u0130stanbul, Konya, Bursa, Amasya, Trabzon olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok tarih\u00ee \u015fehrimizi g\u00f6reme-mekte bir kast\u0131m\u0131z veya miyoplu\u011fumuz yahut da bir zihin travmam\u0131z m\u0131 var da b\u00f6yle kasvetli bir tablo \u00e7iziyoruz?<\/p>\n<p>Nas\u0131l d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcls\u00fcn, bizce durum bu\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bir insan\u0131n bedeninden ruh ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda nas\u0131l ki o art\u0131k insan de\u011fil sadece bir ceset ise, bir \u015fehrin mek\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131n birbiriyle ve \u015fehir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle olan \u00e2hengini-hayatiyetini sa\u011flayan ruhu kayboldu\u011funda oras\u0131 art\u0131k \u015fehir de\u011fil, ruhsuz bir ta\u015f-toprak y\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131ndan ibarettir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn \u015fehirleri de \u00f6yle\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Marka \u015fehir, d\u00fcnya kenti, Avrupa kenti, Olimpiyat kenti, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ba\u015fkenti, sanat kenti gibi \u015fah-siyetsizlik ve kompleks kokan yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmalarla hakikaten \u015fehir olunmuyor, aksine \u015fehir ifsat ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu hal kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Bayezid\u2019in ci\u011fer yakan fery\u00e2d\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rl\u0131yoruz tekrar\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131n O\u011flu Ertu\u011frul\u2019un \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle Sivas \u015fehrinin y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftiren derin ac\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, bug\u00fcn yok edilme s\u00fcrecini ya\u015fayan \u015fehirlerimiz kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hissetmek bir yana, anlayam\u0131yoruz bile! \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc katledilen \u015fehirlerimize kendi g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fczle de\u011fil, verilen takma g\u00f6zle bak\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Harap edilen \u015fehri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda b\u00f6ylesine ac\u0131 \u00e7eken bir siyas\u00ee, \u015fehir y\u00f6neticisi, belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131 veya herhangi bir ilgiliye rastlad\u0131n\u0131z m\u0131?
