Ki, bu \u015fehrin ya\u015fayanlar\u0131, belki \u201cnas\u0131l bir \u015fehirde bulunduklar\u0131\u201dn\u0131n fark\u0131na var\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a015. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Fatih Sultan Mehmet taraf\u0131ndan fethedilen, yeniden imar ve in\u015fa edilen \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6nemli \u015fehrimiz vard\u0131r. Bu \u015fehirler: <strong>\u0130stanbul, Saraybosna ve Trabzon<\/strong>\u2019dur. \u0130stanbul 1453\u2019te, Trabzon 1461\u2019de, Saraybosna da 1463\u2019te Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131na kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u0130stanbul\u2019un 1204\u2019te Ha\u00e7l\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fgalinden ka\u00e7an Bizans Hanedan\u0131n\u0131n kurdu\u011fu Trabzon Komnenos \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu, 26 Ekim 1461 g\u00fcn\u00fc fetihle birlikte Roma \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nun kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 son devlet olarak tarihe kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131. B\u00f6ylece Anadolu\u2019nun Malazgirt\u2019le ba\u015flayan fethi 390 y\u0131l sonra Trabzon\u2019la tamamland\u0131. Sel\u00e7uklu tarih\u00e7isi Prof. Osman Turan <em>\u201cT\u00fcrkler Sel\u00e7uklular devrinde Anadolu\u2019yu fethettikleri halde bu cennet sahillere sahip olmakta \u00e7ok gecikmi\u015flerdi. Bir yandan y\u00fcksek ve sarp da\u011flar, \u00f6te yandan Ha\u00e7l\u0131 taarruzlar\u0131 buna sebep olmu\u015ftur. Bunun il\u00e2hi bir hikmeti olsa gerek. Zira Hazret-i Peygamber \u0130stanbul\u2019un fethini nas\u0131l F\u00e2tih Sultan Mehmed\u2019e teb\u015fir etmi\u015f ise, b\u00fct\u00fcn Rum devletleri gibi, bu g\u00fczel belde de sanki O\u2019nun m\u00fcbarek tarih\u00ee k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131n\u0131 beklemi\u015f ve bu s\u00e2yede T\u00fcrk-\u0130sl\u00e2m diyar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.\u201d<\/em> diyerek bu ger\u00e7e\u011fe temas eder.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Bu \u00fc\u00e7 \u015fehrin co\u011frafyas\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u015f\u00f6yle bir sembolik anlam \u00e7\u0131karabiliriz: \u0130stanbul bir v\u00fccudun kalbi gibi Osmanl\u0131 co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n ortas\u0131nda, Saraybosna co\u011frafyan\u0131n en bat\u0131 ucunda, Trabzon da en do\u011fuda medeniyet \u015fehri olarak adeta payitaht \u0130stanbul\u2019un kalp at\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n kendilerinde hissedildi\u011fi ta\u00e7 \u015fehirlerdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u0130stanbul\u2019da okunan ezan\u0131n dalga dalga yay\u0131larak bat\u0131da Saraybosna\u2019da, do\u011fuda Trabzon\u2019da yank\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir medeniyet co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n \u2018de\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131\u2019 \u015fehirleri&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kl\u00e2sik d\u00f6nemi olarak ifade edilen 15. ve 16. Y\u00fczy\u0131l, ayn\u0131 zamanda Osmanl\u0131 medeniyetinin \u015fehir ve mimar\u00eede kem\u00e2le ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, fethetti\u011fi \u015fehirleri <em>\u201cya\u015fanmaya de\u011fer\u201d <\/em>bir medeniyet iklimine b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u00f6nemdir. Osmanl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n bu d\u00f6neminde fethedilen b\u00f6lgeleri anlatan b\u00fct\u00fcn kronikler, Padi\u015fah\u0131n fetihle birlikte \u015fehirlerin m\u00e2mur ve bay\u0131nd\u0131r olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in <em>\u201cimar ve in\u015fa\u201d<\/em>s\u0131n\u0131 emir buyurdu\u011funu yazar. A\u015f\u0131kpa\u015fa, \u0130bn-i Kemal, Tursun Bey bunlara \u00f6rnek olarak say\u0131labilir. Mesela, erken d\u00f6nem Osmanl\u0131 kroniklerinden Tevarih-i \u00c2l-i Osman\u2019da Oru\u00e7 Bey, <em>\u201c\u00c7\u00fcn \u015fehir tam\u00e2m oldu\u201d, \u201cevler b\u00fcny\u00e2d itdiler\u201d, \u201c\u015eehri ma\u2019mur itdi\u201d <\/em>gibi ifadeler kullan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Fatih\u2019in de \u015faheser bir \u015fiirinde s\u00f6yledi\u011fi gibi;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<em>\u201cH\u00fcner bir \u015fehir b\u00fcny\u00e2d itmekd\u00fcr. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Re\u00e2y\u00e2 kalbin \u00e2b\u00e2d itmekd\u00fcr!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Fatih Sultan Mehmed\u2019in fetihle birlikte Trabzon\u2019a giri\u015fine ili\u015fkin Bizans tarih\u00e7isi Kritovulos \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yler: <em>\u201c\u2026Bundan sonra Sultan \u015fehre girdi. \u015eehri dola\u015ft\u0131, durumunu g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irdi, g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in tedbirler ald\u0131, b\u00f6lgenin ve \u015fehrin \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fcklerini, i\u00e7indeki binalar\u0131 ve halk\u0131n\u0131 inceledi. Biricik davam\u0131z budur!<\/em> der. Rahmetli muhakkik mimar Turgut Cansever\u2019in de <em>\u201cfetih nice kap\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7ar\u201d<\/em> dedi\u011fi, fethin a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 kap\u0131dan \u015fehirlilere y\u00fckledi\u011fi mes\u2019uliyet i\u015fte budur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Ahmet Davuto\u011flu da \u2018Fetih ve Medeniyet\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir bildirisinde Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n fetih ger\u00e7e\u011fine vurgu yapar: <em>\u201cOsmanl\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn tarihi ku\u015fatma azmindeydi. Fetih de o tarihi derinli\u011fi ta\u00e7land\u0131ran ve o tarih\u00ee derinli\u011fe mek\u00e2n kazand\u0131ran bir olguydu. Bo\u015falan haf\u0131za tarih\u00ee derinli\u011fini ve ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlam\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cG\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fc \u00e7ad\u0131r\u0131n\u0131z olsun\u201d <\/em><\/strong>diyen Osman Gazi\u2019nin <strong><em>medeniyet b\u00e2nisi<\/em><\/strong> \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck evl\u00e2d\u0131 Fatih\u2019in, Kanuni\u2019nin, Yavuz\u2019un \u015fehri bug\u00fcn yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc ku\u015fatan \u00e7ad\u0131r\u0131n alt\u0131nda, nerede oldu\u011funu bilemiyor, kendisini tan\u0131yam\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fehir, tarih\u00ee aidiyetin h\u00e2l\u00e2 pe\u015finde oldu\u011funu anlayam\u0131yor, bu aidiyetin ayak seslerini i\u015fitemiyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<em>Tarih\u00ee aidiyet<\/em>, tarihte \u00f6zne olmu\u015f \u015fehirlerimizin s\u00fcreklilik i\u00e7erisinde bulundu\u011fu havzada \u00f6nemini korumas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir ihtar ve ikaz olsa gerek. Co\u011frafyan\u0131n sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 imk\u00e2n, tarihi derinlik ve stratejik konum, bu \u015fehirlerimizin <em>kendi kalarak devam\u0131 <\/em>i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli avantajlard\u0131r. Oysa bir\u00e7ok tarih\u00ee \u015fehrimiz bu potansiyele sahip iken, ne yaz\u0131k ki <strong>tarih, medeniyet<\/strong> ve <strong>\u015fehir idrakinden nasipsiz <\/strong>siyas\u00eeler ve y\u00f6neticiler elinde y\u0131pranmaya, \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmeye, yabanc\u0131la\u015fmaya terk edilmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Trabzon bahsetti\u011fimiz bu \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelli\u011fine ra\u011fmen enerjisini modern zaman \u015fehirlerine musallat alanlarda t\u00fcketmektedir. <strong>Medeniyetin tecelli mek\u00e2n\u0131 olarak \u015fehirlerimizin <\/strong>bug\u00fcn \u015fehircilik ve kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, marka kentler, d\u00fcnya kenti kompleksleriyle ne hale getirildi\u011fini, nas\u0131l ifsat ve imha edildi\u011fini <strong>Trabzon<\/strong> ger\u00e7e\u011finden de okuyabiliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0553 y\u0131l \u00f6nce kendisine atfedilen \u00f6nem, y\u00fcklenen ve y\u00fckselen m\u00e2n\u00e2 bug\u00fcn kayboldu. Bu man\u00e2y\u0131 anlayacak, kavrayacak bir \u015fehir y\u00f6neticisi ve siyas\u00ee g\u00f6remiyoruz! \u015eehrin futbol ve folklora kilitlenmi\u015f enerjisinde kaybolan \u015fehir halk\u0131n\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131 da yok oldu. <strong><em>\u015eehirde safariye \u00e7\u0131kan rant avc\u0131lar\u0131<\/em><\/strong>n\u0131n tarih\u00ee derinli\u011fe sahip Trabzon\u2019u ne hale getirdikleri g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcnde.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0553 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Fatih\u2019i Trabzon\u2019u fethetmekten vazge\u00e7irmek isteyen Akkoyunlu H\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 Uzun Hasan annesi Sara Hatun&#8217;u kendisine g\u00f6nderdi\u011finde, Trabzon\u2019u ku\u015fatan sarp yama\u00e7 ve ormanlar i\u00e7inde at\u0131ndan inmi\u015f, terlemi\u015f bir vaziyette bulur ve <em>\u201c<strong>Hay o\u011ful! Bir Turabuzon i\u00e7in bunca zahmetler \u00e7ekmek ned\u00fcr?\u201d<\/strong><\/em> dedi\u011finde <em>\u201cAna! Bu zahmetler din-i \u0130sl\u00e2m yolundad\u0131r.
