Biz burada her iki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalarak Huntington\u2019un d\u00fcnyan\u0131n 21. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki yeni yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131n\u0131 uygarl\u0131k-medeniyet eksenine alan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011funu vurgulamakla yetinelim ve \u00dcstad Necip Faz\u0131l\u2019a d\u00f6nelim.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcstad Necip Faz\u0131l\u2019daki medeniyet tasavvuru veya bu idrakin toplumsal projesi\/tasar\u0131m\u0131 olan <strong>\u201cB\u00fcy\u00fck Do\u011fu\u201d<\/strong>nun fikr\u00ee b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckte kitapla\u015fm\u0131\u015f temel eseri olan <strong>\u201c\u0130deolocya \u00d6rg\u00fcs\u00fc\u201d<\/strong> tezats\u0131z, <strong><em>her \u00f6rg\u00fcs\u00fc tamam<\/em><\/strong> bir Medeniyet Projesi\u2019dir. \u00d6yle ki; daha cumhuriyetin kurulu\u015fundan (1923) 16 y\u0131l sonra yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131larda <strong>\u201cmedeniyet tasavvuru\u201d<\/strong>nu \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kararak (bug\u00fcn kimi yazarlar, siyaset\u00e7ilerce yeni ke\u015ffedilmi\u015f bir kavram olarak g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131nan) kendi aidiyet d\u00fcnyas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c.. B\u00fct\u00fcn peygamberlere ve ruhi fenomenlere yatakl\u0131k eden b\u00fcy\u00fck Asya, \u015fenli\u011fi t\u00fckenmi\u015f mazisiyle oldu\u011fu kadar, onu zenginliklere bo\u011facak \u015fahsiyetli ibdalar\u0131n (olu\u015flar\u0131n) davet edece\u011fi istikbaliyle de ayr\u0131 ve tam bir varl\u0131kt\u0131r\u2026.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Tarihleri, do\u011fu\u015flar\u0131 ve ruh mayalar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan Avrupa camias\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olup da kendilerine yeni, k\u00f6kl\u00fc ve \u015fahsiyetli bir tekevv\u00fcn arayan milletlerce bug\u00fcn, Avrupal\u0131 olmamak \u015ferefini hayk\u0131ran bir g\u00fcn..\u201d (1939, \u00c7er\u00e7eve 1, s. 260).<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>B\u00fcy\u00fck Do\u011fu<\/strong>, \u00fcstad\u0131n kendi ifadesiyle: <em>\u201cEn ulv\u00ee tecrid ve m\u00e2n\u00e2land\u0131rmalara, \u00e7ok defa en s\u00fcfli te\u015fhis ve maksatland\u0131rmalar musallatt\u0131r. Kendimi bunlardan korumak i\u00e7in, sadece yavan bir isim delaleti y\u00fcz\u00fcnden davalar\u0131n en \u00e7\u0131kmaz\u0131, en kabasiyle aram\u0131zda benzerlik arayacak vehimleri \u015fimdiden koval\u0131m: B\u00dcY\u00dcK DO\u011eU\u2019nun kucaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u015eark, vatan s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herhangi bir \u0131rk ve co\u011frafya plan\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 de\u011fildir. D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin; <em>\u201cBe\u015feri bir k\u0131yametin mukadder g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc hadiselerden yola \u00e7\u0131karak ortaya koyduktan sonra II. D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131yla birlikte zaman\u0131n gazeteleri onun hakk\u0131nda \u015fu tesbiti yaparlar: \u201cBU ADAM NE DERSE \u00c7IKIYOR.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcstad, 21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda <em>\u201c\u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n e\u015fya ve hadiselere nak\u015fedilme i\u015finin d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc-manifestosu\u201d<\/em> olarak b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirerek ortaya koydu\u011fu \u0130deolocya \u00d6rg\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nde bug\u00fcne kadar kimsenin fark edemedi\u011fi \u00f6yle bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm vard\u0131r ki; ancak feraset, basiret ve velayetle izah edilebilecek t\u00fcrdendir.<br \/>\nNecip Faz\u0131l\u2019\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczden 60 y\u0131l \u00f6nce yazd\u0131klar\u0131 bug\u00fcn adeta bir belgesel film gibi b\u00fct\u00fcn hadise ve akt\u00f6rleriyle birebir sahneleniyor.<br \/>\nEvvela \u201cSAHTE \u015eANS DEV\u0130RLER\u0130\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131, 48 y\u0131l \u00f6nce bug\u00fcne ili\u015fkin bu m\u00fcthi\u015f ikaz\u0131 okuyal\u0131m:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cBa\u015f\u0131m\u0131za d\u00fcne, \u00e7eyrek as\u0131r evveline kadar gelen idarenin biricik \u00f6zr\u00fc, kendi zaman\u0131na g\u00f6re insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n i\u00e7inde y\u00fczd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u00fcnya buhran\u0131yd\u0131. Bu idare fark\u0131nda de\u011fildi ki, bu hal de onun biricik talihiydi.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>Zira bu idarenin, d\u0131\u015f ihtil\u00e2tlarla asla al\u00e2kas\u0131 olmadan, sadece i\u00e7 b\u00fcnyesindeki illet y\u00fcz\u00fcnden her \u00e2n biraz daha meydana \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flayan \u00e7ehre karhalar\u0131, onun i\u015f ba\u015f\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fcnya buhran\u0131n\u0131n 10 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde demagocyalar\u0131n en ucuziyle hep bu d\u00fcnya buhran\u0131na atfedilmi\u015f, haz\u0131mk\u00e2r millet de bu masal\u0131 hazmeder g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Harbe giren hi\u00e7bir milletin iktisad\u00ee, i\u00e7tima\u00ee, siyas\u00ee vaziyeti o zaman bizimki kadar bedbaht olmam\u0131\u015f, harp ve istil\u00e2 zehirini tatmaktan kurtulabilmi\u015f birka\u00e7 n\u00e2dir memleket de saadetin evcine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn tecelli sahalar\u0131nda en muztarip memleket, o g\u00fcn, yaln\u0131z T\u00fcrkiye olmu\u015ftur.<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Harbi, bizim Cumhuriyet sonras\u0131 idare ve politika \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn i\u00e7y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc birdenbire de\u015fen, bir zar\u0131 patlatan, yumurtan\u0131n kabu\u011funu k\u0131r\u0131p i\u00e7indeki kokmu\u015f maddeyi ortaya \u00e7\u0131karan bir amil olmu\u015f; ani fiyasko ise, \u00f6zr\u00fcn\u00fc hemen d\u00fcnya vaziyetine ba\u011flamak a\u00e7\u0131kg\u00f6zl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermeye kalkm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>\u0130lk 15 ve sonra 12 y\u0131ll\u0131k devirlerden birincisi; i\u015fin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 merhalesindeki kazip saltanat\u0131 belirtti\u011fi, ikincisi ise zevale ge\u00e7en bu saltanat\u0131n sa\u00e7aklar\u0131 alt\u0131ndan f\u0131\u015fk\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 hakikat ve ak\u0131betleri d\u00fcnya vaziyetiyle izaha imkan buldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, kazip taraf\u0131ndan talihli kabul edilebilir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1950\u2019den sonra ba\u015flayan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc devir ise, teslim ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fartlara g\u00f6re, bu kazip talihlerden uzakla\u015fmaya do\u011fru giden \u00e7etin bir \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131r a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rememi\u015f, g\u00f6sterememi\u015f; hatta o da ayn\u0131 sun\u2019i yard\u0131m ve talih yollar\u0131n\u0131 aram\u0131\u015f, geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.
