Bu niteli\u011fiyle tarih, bir ilim ve disiplin olman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde asl\u00ee bir ger\u00e7eklik olarak, gelece\u011fin in\u015fas\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli \u00e2mildir.<\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n tarih bize (ibret al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in) <em>tarihin tekerr\u00fcr etti\u011fi<\/em>ne dair \u00f6nemli hadiseler ve malzemeler sunuyor. Ancak, tarihi sadece <em>ge\u00e7mi\u015fe ait<\/em> <em>ve bir daha ya\u015fanmayacak olaylar dizisi<\/em> olarak <em>\u2018ge\u00e7mi\u015fin hik\u00e2yeleri\u2019<\/em> olarak okursan\u0131z \u2013ki \u00e7o\u011fu kez b\u00f6yle olmu\u015ftur- farkl\u0131 hadiselerden yola \u00e7\u0131karak ayn\u0131 trajik kaderi ya\u015fars\u0131n\u0131z. Oysaki tarih ve gelenek bizi d\u00fcnden hareket ederek <strong>\u00e2n\u0131n gere\u011fini yapmaya<\/strong> ve gelece\u011fi kurmaya icbar eder.<\/p>\n<p>15 Temmuz darbe giri\u015fiminden yola \u00e7\u0131karak, Osmanl\u0131 <strong>yeni\u00e7eri<\/strong> <strong>oca\u011f\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n l\u00e2\u011fvedilmesine giden s\u00fcreci yeniden g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmek, bize bug\u00fcne ve gelece\u011fe dair \u00f6nemli ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 verecek ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 tedbir ve kararlar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Bug\u00fcnlerde, silahl\u0131 kuvvetlerin k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir bi\u00e7imde yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u015famada <strong>yeni\u00e7eri tarihinin<\/strong> do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde incelenmesi, ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc hadise ve d\u00f6nemlerden sonra al\u0131nan tedbirlerin isabetli olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n tarihimizin orduya dair en \u00f6nemli hadiselerinden birisi <strong>Vak\u2019a-i Hayriye<\/strong>\u2019dir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vak\u2019a-i Hayriye;<\/strong> y\u00e2ni bug\u00fcnk\u00fc dille \u201c<strong>hay\u0131rl\u0131 olay\u201d<\/strong> olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan hadise, Padi\u015fah II. Mahmud\u2019un 16 Haziran 1826\u2019da art\u0131k k\u00fcstahl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekilmez hale gelen, devletin \u00fczerinde silahl\u0131 bir otorite olarak her dedi\u011fini yapt\u0131ran, kelle alan, halk\u0131 b\u0131kt\u0131ran ve nefretini celbeden <strong>Yeni\u00e7eri Oca\u011f\u0131<\/strong>\u2019n\u0131 topa tutturarak imha ettirdi\u011fi, baz\u0131 ocak yetkililerinin ise idam edildi\u011fi d\u00f6nemin olaylar\u0131na verilen isimdir.<\/p>\n<p>Tahta \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan beri uzun s\u00fcre Yeni\u00e7eri Oca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131rmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen ve yeni bir ordu yap\u0131lanmas\u0131na karar veren II. Mahmut, <strong>E\u015fkinci Oca\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ad\u0131yla yeni bir ordu kuruldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 \u00fczerine yeni\u00e7eriler ayaklan\u0131r, kazan kald\u0131r\u0131rlar ve \u0130stanbul sokaklar\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilere ba\u015flarlar. II. Mahmut ulemay\u0131 da yan\u0131na alarak <strong>Sancak-\u0131 \u015eerif<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r ve isyanc\u0131 yeni\u00e7erilere kar\u015f\u0131 halk\u0131 m\u00fccadele etmeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131r. Yeni\u00e7eriler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn birlikler \u00a0padi\u015faha sadakatlerini bildirirler.\u00a0 Bunun \u00fczerine Aksaray\u2019daki Et Meydan\u0131\u2019nda bulunan Yeni\u00e7eri k\u0131\u015flalar\u0131 topa tutulur, binlerce yeni\u00e7eri \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr, binlerce isyanc\u0131 tutuklan\u0131r ve idam edilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vak\u2019a-i Hayriye<\/strong> denilen bu hadiseden sonra <strong>\u201cAsakir-i Mansure-i Muhammediyye\u201d<\/strong> ismiyle yeni bir asker\u00ee ocak kurulur.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihi Orhan Gazi d\u00f6nemine kadar uzanan Yeni\u00e7erilik \u00a0<strong><em>\u201ckanuni devri sonuna kadar, devletin iman ve ruh, yani dima\u011f emrinde sert yumru\u011fu olmakta devam etmi\u015f sonra bu sert yumruk iman ve ruh merkeziyle, yani dima\u011fla al\u00e2kas\u0131n\u0131 kesmi\u015f ve ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu v\u00fccudun kafatas\u0131n\u0131 par\u00e7alayarak beynini ezmek rol\u00fcne ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. \u201c<\/em><\/strong> D\u00fczenli bir ocak ve ordu olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Yeni\u00e7eri Oca\u011f\u0131, Yavuz Sultan Selim ve devam eden devirlerde her an <strong>ba\u015fkald\u0131rma<\/strong> ve \u00a0<strong>tehlikeli bir tehdit<\/strong> niteli\u011fini b\u00fct\u00fcn bir Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Hatta Fatih\u2019in vefat\u0131 ve II. Bayezid\u2019in tahta ge\u00e7me arefesinde Yeni\u00e7erilerin \u0130stanbul\u2019u bask\u0131n ve i\u015fgalleri ilk yeni\u00e7eri kalk\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Yavuz gibi kudretli bir Padi\u015fah\u2019a bile g\u00f6zda\u011f\u0131 vermekten \u00e7ekinmeyen Yeni\u00e7eri i\u00e7in \u00dcstad Necip Faz\u0131l <strong><em>\u201cYeni\u00e7eriye h\u00e2kim olma davas\u0131, Yavuz ve Kanun\u00ee \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131rlar\u0131nda, KUVVETL\u0130 DEVLET \u015eAHS\u0130YETLER\u0130 SAYES\u0130NDE\u00a0 yalanc\u0131 ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de, art\u0131k ileriye do\u011fru ne devlet, ne de ordu tamaml\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bir vaad beklenebilir. Osmanl\u0131 devleti kendisini k\u0131sa bir merhale i\u00e7inde bekleyen b\u00fcy\u00fck fetihlere ra\u011fmen ilk ink\u0131raz al\u00e2metini \u0130kinci Bayezid devrinde kaybetmi\u015ftir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Apa\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r ki, yeni\u00e7eride kendi \u00f6z vatan\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fgal, kendi \u00f6z milletinden intikam alma karakteri o zamandan te\u015fekk\u00fcl halindedir. Vel\u00ee l\u00e2k\u00e2pl\u0131 \u0130kinci Bayezid, yeni\u00e7erilere ordunun b\u00fct\u00fcn toplar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7evirece\u011fi yerde, \u00e2h etti, v\u00e2h etti, t\u00fcrl\u00fc bah\u015fi\u015fler atiyyeler vererek onlar\u0131 niyetlerinden vazge\u00e7irdi\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 der.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en yaz\u0131m\u0131zda \u00dcstad Necip Faz\u0131l\u2019\u0131n <strong>\u201cBenim G\u00f6z\u00fcmde Menderes\u201d<\/strong>inin bug\u00fcnlerde bir <strong>siyasetname<\/strong> olarak yeniden okunmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nemli bir referans kitap oldu\u011funa i\u015faret etmi\u015ftik. Bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda da \u00dcstad Necip Faz\u0131l\u2019\u0131n <strong>\u201cYEN\u0130\u00c7ER\u0130\u201d<\/strong> isimli kitab\u0131n\u0131n Ordunun yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda <strong><em>tarih bilinci<\/em><\/strong>ne ve tarih\u00ee s\u00fcreklili\u011fe i\u015faret etmesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan\u00a0 \u00f6neminin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmek gerekiyor. \u00a0\u00dcstad, her eserinde oldu\u011fu gibi, \u00f6zellikle de tarih\u00ee hadiselere tahsis etti\u011fi eserlerinde <em>h\u00e2f\u0131za<\/em>m\u0131z\u0131 tezats\u0131z bir bi\u00e7imde diri tutar. El att\u0131\u011f\u0131 her konuda muhakeme ve muhasebesini yapar ve hadiseleri h\u00fckme ba\u011flayarak bir gelecek tasavvuru ortaya koyar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc O; tarih\u00ee hesapla\u015fman\u0131n nirengi noktalar\u0131n\u0131 i\u015faret etmi\u015f, k\u0131ymet h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine ba\u011flam\u0131\u015f ve a\u011f\u0131r bir vebal olarak gelece\u011fin tarih\u00e7ilerine y\u00fcklemi\u015ftir. Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00e2v\u00e2 ve dert sahiplerine d\u00fc\u015fen ise;\u00a0 O\u2019nun h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinden hareketle analitik bir idrakle g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc yorumlamak, isabetli sonu\u00e7lara ula\u015fmak ve teyakkuz sahibi olmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcstad Yeni\u00e7eri\u2019ye <strong>ba\u015flarken<\/strong>, <strong><em>\u201cBu eser, sadece Yeni\u00e7eriyi anlatmak i\u00e7in yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir. m\u00e2nalar bak\u0131m\u0131ndan tek lekesiz olarak bir as\u0131r, ondan sonra yer yer ve zaman zaman mevzu bozulma arazlar\u0131 ve tereddi i\u015faretleriyle birbu\u00e7uk as\u0131r, ki toplam
