Sonraki iktidarlar da ayn\u0131 e\u011fitim politikalar\u0131n\u0131, <strong><em>nesillerin idraklerini dumura u\u011fratma<\/em><\/strong> operasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015flerdir.\u00a0 Ne yaz\u0131k ki, bug\u00fcne kadar hi\u00e7bir iktidar, nesillerin irf\u00e2n\u0131 ve kimlik in\u015fas\u0131 konusunda yap\u0131lan ikazlar\u0131 dinlememi\u015f, fery\u00e2dlar\u0131 duymam\u0131\u015f, <strong>yeni<\/strong> <strong>rejimin Tanzimat\u2019tan tevar\u00fcs etti\u011fi talim terbiye<\/strong> us\u00fbl ve m\u00fcfredat\u0131n\u0131 <strong>\u015fiddetlendirerek<\/strong> devam ettirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn,14 y\u0131ll\u0131k iktidarda bulunmas\u0131na ve siyas\u00ee istikrar konusunda bir endi\u015fesi olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, ne ac\u0131d\u0131r ki \u0130ktidar\u0131n <strong>e\u011fitim politikalar\u0131 ve m\u00fcfredat\u0131na<\/strong> dair \u201cTanzimat mant\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201dn\u0131n art\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey ortada g\u00f6remiyoruz. Yap\u0131lan okul say\u0131s\u0131, onar\u0131lan, boyanan derslikler, ak\u0131ll\u0131 tahtalar, tabletler, masa-sandalye kalitesi, atanan \u00f6\u011fretmen say\u0131lar\u0131yla \u00f6v\u00fcnen iktidarlar\u0131m\u0131z, ne yaz\u0131k ki <strong>facian\u0131n h\u00e2l\u00e2 fark\u0131nda de\u011fil!<\/strong> Tanzimattan beri su alan e\u011fitim gemisinin kaptan ve m\u00fcrettebat\u0131n\u0131n, su s\u0131zd\u0131ran delikleri bile g\u00f6rme basireti yok. Kaptanlar habire de\u011fi\u015ftiriliyor. Kaptanl\u0131k \u201cr\u00fc\u015fd\u00fc\u201d olmayanlarla yola devam ediliyor. Geminin m\u00e2sum sakinleri ise hi\u00e7bir \u015feyden habersiz emniyette olduklar\u0131n\u0131 zannediyor. Gemi bat\u0131yor ancak tehlike onlara hissettirilmemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda 7 ya\u015f e\u015fi\u011finde okula ba\u015flayan k\u00f6rpe zihinler bug\u00fcn 21 ya\u015f\u0131nda. Y\u00e2ni, onlar\u0131n saf zihinleri <strong>kariyer ihtiras\u0131, var olmak i\u00e7in yok et cinneti, bol kazan\u00e7l\u0131 i\u015f h\u0131rs\u0131, sosyal medyada s\u00f6rf yapma g\u00f6sterisi, kahkahal\u0131 bir ya\u015fam hedefi<\/strong> ile i\u015fgal edildi! 14 y\u0131ld\u0131r h\u0131zla batmakta olan e\u011fitim gemisi i\u00e7in <strong>fery\u00e2d eden hi\u00e7bir ilgili de yok!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hayata ve \u00f6tesine ili\u015fkin muhasebe ve murakabe \u015fuuru, varolu\u015f idrakine dair tefekk\u00fcr ne ac\u0131d\u0131r ki <strong>milli e\u011fitim galaksimizi terketti!<\/strong> \u00dcstad Necip Faz\u0131l\u2019\u0131n m\u0131sralar\u0131yla; <strong><em>\u201cSoruverse: Ben neyim ve bu hal neyin nesi?\u201d<\/em><\/strong> diye soracak bir nesil ortada yok!<\/p>\n<p>En son, \u00f6zellikle yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7in ihdas ve icad ettikleri <strong>Maarif Vakf\u0131<\/strong> ile ve de ak\u0131llar\u0131na yeni gelen <strong>m\u00fcfredat de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi<\/strong>yle hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yapabileceklerini de zannetmiyoruz! \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc <strong><em>\u201cB\u00e2d-el harab-\u00fcl Basra\u201d<\/em><\/strong> yani, <strong><em>\u201cBasra harab olduktan sonra!\u201d<\/em><\/strong> ancak enkaz\u0131n \u00fczerinde taht kurars\u0131n\u0131z! Berbat edilen nesillerin tel\u00e2fisi yok. Nitekim gelmi\u015f ge\u00e7mi\u015f b\u00fct\u00fcn Milli E\u011fitim Bakanlar\u0131n\u0131n, b\u00fcrokratlar\u0131n be\u015fu\u015f \u00e7ehrelerinden ne kadar \u201cmutlu\u201d olduklar\u0131 okunuyor!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMaarif\u201di katleden, \u201cirfan\u201d\u0131 terkeden, nesillerin irfan havzalar\u0131n\u0131 yok eden Tanzimat gelene\u011fi b\u00fct\u00fcn h\u0131z\u0131yla devam ediyor. 14 y\u0131ll\u0131k tek parti iktidar\u0131yla ne de\u011fi\u015fti? <strong>\u00d6zel okullar\u0131n \u201cticarethane\u201dye, devlet okullar\u0131n\u0131n da \u201changar\u201dlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong> e\u011fitim sistemimizin hangi meselesi halledildi? Talim terbiyede \u201c<strong>yeti\u015ftiricileri yeti\u015ftirmek<\/strong>\u201d gibi bir cehd, bir \u00f6ncelik, bir dava kayg\u0131s\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131 m\u0131? Ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131yor mu? Hay\u0131r!<\/p>\n<p>Eskilerin o muhte\u015fem duas\u0131: <strong>Allah dertsiz b\u0131rakmas\u0131n!\u00a0<\/strong> Ne yaz\u0131k ki, <strong>derdiniz yok, dersiniz yok!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z\u00fc \u00dcstad Necip Faz\u0131l\u2019\u0131n 1965 Temmuz\u2019unda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bug\u00fcn\u00fcn maarif\/e\u011fitim sistemine yol g\u00f6steren yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, belki mevcut Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131, b\u00fcrokratlar\u0131, TBMM\u2019nin ilgili komisyonlar\u0131, e\u011fitim\u2019le ilgili ST\u00d6\u2019ler okurlarlar, fehm ederler, sorulan sorular\u0131 cevaplarlar ve gere\u011fini yaparlar diye iktibas ediyoruz. \u0130\u015fte \u00dcstad\u2019\u0131n <strong>\u201cMaarif\u201d<\/strong> ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEvvel\u00e2 t\u00e2birden ba\u015flayal\u0131m i\u015fe: E\u011fitim, pek buruk bir kelime\u2026 Maarif t\u00e2biri gibi, g\u00fcne\u015fi, topra\u011f\u0131, ba\u011f\u0131 ve bah\u00e7esi, arklar\u0131 ve kanallar\u0131yle b\u00fct\u00fcn bir m\u00e2na iklimi arzeden bir mefhum yerinde \u201ce\u011fitim\u201d kelimesi, bilmem, ne dereceye kadar meselenin sesini verebilir?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu t\u00e2bir bana \u201cer e\u011fitimi\u201d gibi, basit bir kadroya ait, basit bir i\u015f hissini veriyor. Onda \u201cmaarif\u201d gibi, zengin kafalar\u0131 donatabilecek bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr ifadesi bulam\u0131yoruz.\u00a0 Onun i\u00e7indir ki, ele maarif d\u00e2vas\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131nca evvel\u00e2 dil bahsini \u00f6ne s\u00fcrmekten ba\u015fka bir giri\u015f yolu g\u00f6remiyorum.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu m\u00fcnasebetle hat\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z eski meseleyi, maarif d\u00e2vas\u0131n\u0131, hemen her koldan ku\u015fat\u0131c\u0131 bir hul\u00e2sa yapmak isterim:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1-D\u00fcnya ilim ve fikir cereyanlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda durumumuz nedir? Bu hususta bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcz yok mudur? Elbette ki, <strong>mill\u00ee politikas\u0131 olmayan bir idare cihaz\u0131n\u0131n, ayn\u0131 bak\u0131mdan \u015fahsiyetli bir maarif \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc de bulunamaz.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sualimizi \u015f\u00f6yle y\u00f6neltelim:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fcnyan\u0131n, i\u00e7inde y\u00fczd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ihtil\u00e2\u00e7lardan ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n olmaya talip bulundu\u011fu \u015feylerden haberimiz var m\u0131? K\u0131sacas\u0131, d\u00fcnyay\u0131 tan\u0131yor ve bir mihenge vurabiliyor muyuz?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu olmadan maarif olmaz.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2-Ruhumuz iktibas\u00e7\u0131 m\u0131, telif\u00e7i mi olacak? Tanzimattan bug\u00fcne, devre devre, yaln\u0131z \u00e7ap ve mikyas de\u011fi\u015ftiren iktibas\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131 maymunv\u00e2r\u00ee kopyac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, yerini ne g\u00fcn ibd\u00e2 ve telif \u00e7ilesine b\u0131rakacak ve bu d\u00e2van\u0131n maarifi ne g\u00fcn kurulacak?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>3-Ahl\u00e2k \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcz nerede ve nas\u0131l? Bat\u0131ya sorarsan\u0131z derhal Hristiyanl\u0131k ahl\u00e2k\u0131 diye g\u00f6sterece\u011fi, hi\u00e7 de\u011filse maddecilik vesaire olarak kaynakland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 ahl\u00e2k (kriter)ine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, biz ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015fluk ahl\u00e2k\u0131 diye bir \u015fey icat edebilir miyiz? Bat\u0131 ahl\u00e2k tel\u00e2kkisinde, ahl\u00e2k sistemi her neyse onu karamam\u0131\u015f filozofa, filozof g\u00f6z\u00fcyle dahi bak\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilenlerimiz ka\u00e7 ki\u015fidir; ve bu azametli meseleden, tam 125 y\u0131ld\u0131r Maarif Cihaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n haberi olmu\u015f mudur?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>4- <strong>Hangi ruh vas\u0131flar\u0131nda bir gen\u00e7lik istiyoruz?<\/strong> O her neyse, k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t \u00fczerinde tespit edebilir miyiz? <strong>Bu gen\u00e7li\u011fi hangi vas\u0131flarda muallimler yeti\u015ftirir ve makineyi yapan makine gibi, bu yeti\u015ftiriciler nas\u0131l yeti\u015fir?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>5- Milletleraras\u0131 bir m\u00fcessese olan ilim, bu be\u015fer\u00ee vasf\u0131na ra\u011fmen, mill\u00ee bir damgayla m\u00fch\u00fcrl\u00fc de\u011fil midir? Hendesenin Yunanl\u0131, Cebirin Arap olmas\u0131ndaki hikmet ne ifade eder? M\u00fcsbet ilimler dedi\u011fimiz kanunlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00e2f ilimlerden alan ve kuru kal\u0131plar halinde donan teknik sahas\u0131 m\u00fcstesna, <strong>s\u00e2f ilimde mill\u00ee tefekk\u00fcr zaruretine kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcklenebilece\u011fimiz bir \u015fey var m\u0131d\u0131r?<\/strong> Bu pay y\u00fcklenilmedik\u00e7e, mahk\u00fbm ve t\u00e2bi milletten ileriye ge\u00e7mek imk\u00e2n\u0131 bulunabilir mi?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>6- \u0130nsan\u0131, ezel\u00ee ve ebed\u00ee en b\u00fcy\u00fck olu\u015fa d\u00e2vet eden Allah\u2019\u0131n indirdi\u011fi dinler m\u00fcstesna, <strong>ge\u00e7mi\u015fi ile b\u00fct\u00fcn al\u00e2kas\u0131n\u0131 koparm\u0131\u015f bir gelecek g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f m\u00fcd\u00fcr?<\/strong> Hilkatte, kurba\u011fa ve t\u0131rt\u0131l istihalelerinden, bir zamanlar her \u015feyi alt\u00fcst etmek ve tarihi kendisinden ba\u015flatmak gayretindeki Kom\u00fcnizma tecr\u00fcbesine kadar b\u00f6yle de\u011fil midir?
